NO HEAT? Check Every Call before booking and note it

  1. Is filter clean?
  2. Outside exhaust blocked for snow (for power vented, not chimney vented)
  3. Check the breakers/fusebox
  4. Are we able to access your home? (Steets Plowed/Parking)

NO COOL? Check Every Call before booking and note it

  1. Have cx check for ICE BUILD UP.
  2. Is the TSTAT set to cooling?
  3. Is the AC COVER still on?
  4. Check the BREAKERS/FUSE BOX are not off/blown.
  5. Check to see if the FILTER is clogged.
  6. Check the AC SWITCH and make sure it's set to ON.
  7. Is the outside unit turning on?

    8. Attic ACs can only be booked for the FIRST call of the morning 8-12 and requires 2 techs.

Please note that if this has anything to do with our installation or is covered under warranty, there will be no charge to you.

Otherwise, there may be a diagnostic fee of ($169 or price according to plan****) + tax.

This includes a 1-Year Parts & Labour Warranty on all repairs.****

Our technician will arrive in a fully stocked truck, so more often than not we can repair your system right then and there.
